It is common knowledge that the brain of a person with anti-social personality disorders like narcissism, sociopathy, and psychopathy is different from the neuro-typical healthy individual. Researchers have used MRIs to scan the brains of individuals who suffer from narcissistic personality disorder and concluded that narcissists have less gray matter in a part of the cerebral cortex called the left anterior insula. They also have structural abnormalities in a region of the brain that has been linked to empathy. It is clear that other parts of the brain do not function correctly either.

Mentally disordered individual who is missing the most basic of human emotions: empathy, compassion, regret, remorse, guilt, accountability, fear, respect, intimacy, and yes, even love. There is a deficit of emotion in the disordered individual that renders them incapable of functioning as regular people do. They spend their lives reflecting what others show them, consuming the energy and light from vulnerable humans who do possess the ability to experience the full swath of emotion and cycle through supplies of fuel to fill their empty souls.

There exists a moral deficiency in dysregulated individuals who possess no grasp of good and evil or right and wrong. Moral evil is primarily about a disordered will; for only a being with intellect and will is a moral agent capable and responsible for choosing. A person who commits moral evil is evil, and only moral agents can be evil. It is also parasitic, and its host is predominately good.

Nothing belongs to us more than our character, which is determined by our free and self-determined choices. Since evil is a deficit, deficiency, poverty, a kind of non-being or nothingness, the more one makes morally evil choices, the less one becomes. This is how the personality disordered individual navigates through life — a series of morally deficient choices that benefit themselves only and are not tempered with mercy, compassion, or care for the harm they may cause to others.

Now that we have established that it is through the free will and choices made along side moral bankruptcy and penury, it is easy to conclude that people with cluster B personality disorder have willfully chosen things that would make them evil by definition.

The next question that comes into play is whether the disordered person is truly responsible for the condition of their soul or their lack of morality if they have a disordered brain that prevents them from acting otherwise. If a murderer pleads insanity, they receive mercy from the courts. Perhaps the narcissist, sociopath, and psychopath fall into that group — the categorically mentally impaired.

Vladimir Solovyov writes: “The basic falsehood and evil of egoism lie … in the fact that, ascribing to himself in all justice an absolute significance, he unjustly refuses to others this same significance.” Egotism leads to petty choices and thus paves the way to moral atrophy. Grandiosity, entitlement, magical thinking, and other characteristics of the narcissist and psychopath show that their privilege and perceived power supersedes any moral obligation to others.

Oddly enough, most narcissists and psychopaths actually believe their own lies and false constructs to a large degree.

Some will say that evil, character disorder, profound moral depravity, psychopathy, sociopathy, and pathological narcissism are open doors to dark entities. They believe that personality disorders are not a physical or mental problem, but rather a spiritual one. The word demon could be metaphorical in many circles, but here, we are speaking of the supernatural being, typically associated with evil, prevalent historically in religion, occultism, and literature.

Jezebel, the wicked queen and wife to the evil King Ahab, is known for murder, iniquity, and sexual promiscuity. The spiritual components of personality disordered individuals are the spirits of Jezebel (1 and 2 Kings and Revelation 2:18–23) and the spirit of Leviathan (Job 41 — as verse 34 states “He beholds every high thing; He is king over all the children of pride.”

The Jezebel spirit can best be defined: A disposition, or demonic influence that causes rifts in the church and in marriages through cunning, deception, and seduction.

There is some disagreement regarding the exact hierarchy of evil spirits, but just as there are angelic ranks, Hell appears to borrow the heavenly model. Remember Dante’s Inferno? Different demons appear to have different functions. Some can make people mute or blind (Mark 3:20–30), and others can cause those they possess to harm themselves (Mark 5:1–20).

There has also been a common theory that demonic Luciferian influences target those with weaknesses such as mental illness and are attracted to emotions such as fear, anger, envy, and vanity. Since the narcissist and psychopath often denounce God as their light and savior and have issues with these emotions, it makes them easy prey for dark things to move in and set up and spread like a viral contagion.
